The short answer
Multilogin and GoLogin both let you run many isolated browser profiles, and both offer cloud storage for them. They differ in what the cloud is for.
- Multilogin lets you choose local or cloud storage per profile on paid plans, bundles proxy traffic and minutes for Android cloud phones, and gives its Business plan unlimited team seats according to its pricing page.
- GoLogin stores profiles on AWS and syncs them to its cloud when they close, runs profiles in a cloud browser, has Android and iOS apps, and starts at $9 a month for 10 profiles.
If you want a phone-like environment next to your browser profiles, look at Multilogin. If you want to reach the same profiles from any device, including a phone or a browser tab, look at GoLogin. Every fact below comes from the vendors' own websites. We make Multime, another tool in this category, and we describe it separately at the end.

Plans and pricing
Multilogin
Multilogin has a free plan, a Pro plan in three sizes (10, 20 or 50 profiles) and a Business plan that scales from 100 to 10,000 profiles. The pricing page shows prices per month on annual billing: the Pro card reads $12.42 a month or $149 billed annually, and Business reads $26.67 a month or $320 billed annually. The page's FAQ says paid plans start from $7.08 a month billed annually, which would be the smallest Pro size. Paying yearly is listed as 35% off; monthly-billing amounts aren't printed in the page text.
Paid plans include extras that affect the real cost: proxy traffic (1, 2 or 3 GB on Pro, 5 GB or more on Business) and mobile minutes for cloud phones (60 to 85 on Pro, 150 or more on Business). If you already buy proxies elsewhere, that traffic matters less.
GoLogin
GoLogin's Professional plan costs $9 a month billed monthly or $4.50 a month billed annually, starting at 10 profiles and going up to 100. Business offers 300 or 500 profiles, Enterprise 1,000, and Custom from 2,000 to 100,000. Annual billing takes 50% off.
For the larger plans, GoLogin's pricing page and its billing docs show different numbers. The pricing page lists Business at $99 a month and Enterprise at $179, while the docs list $119 and $299. Check the pricing page at checkout.
Free tiers
Multilogin's free plan gives you 5 profiles with no time limit and no card. Those profiles are stored in Multilogin's cloud, which is the only storage option on Free. It also includes one cloud phone profile and a one-time bonus of 200 MB of proxy traffic and 30 mobile minutes. The FAQ says the free plan has no API access.
GoLogin's Forever Free plan gives you 3 profiles with no time limit. It doesn't include profile sharing, team members, running profiles in the cloud or API access.
Team seats and sharing
Multilogin includes team seats in each plan: 1 on Pro 10, 2 on Pro 20 and Pro 50, and unlimited on Business. For a larger team, Business starts at 100 profiles and $320 a year on annual billing, with no per-seat charge listed.
GoLogin's Professional plan has no team members. Business, Enterprise and Custom include 1 team member, and the docs say more slots can be purchased. GoLogin also lets you share individual profiles with view, edit or manage rights, with a number of profile shares that grows by plan (10, 100, 1,000 or 2,000).
Platforms
Multilogin runs on 64-bit Windows 10 or later, macOS 14 Sonoma or later (Macs with M1 to M4 chips are supported), and Ubuntu 22 or later. Its help center says it doesn't run on phones, tablets or Chrome OS. Instead, it manages Android cloud phones, with Android versions 10 to 16, from the same app.
GoLogin has desktop apps for Windows, macOS (Intel and Apple chip) and Linux, an Android app on Google Play, an iOS app on the App Store, and a cloud browser that runs profiles without installing anything.
Where profile data is stored
This is the clearest difference. Multilogin lets you keep each profile locally or in its cloud storage on paid plans, and uses cloud storage only on Free. Its pricing table calls this "Local and cloud browser profiles".
GoLogin's homepage says profiles are encrypted with AES-256 and stored on AWS. Its docs say that when a profile closes correctly, the latest data (fingerprint, cookies, local storage and extensions) is uploaded to GoLogin's cloud servers and restored at the next launch.
API and automation
Multilogin's API runs at 50, 75 or 100 requests a minute on the three Pro sizes, with custom limits on Business.
GoLogin's REST API runs at 300, 500, 800 or 1,200 requests a minute depending on the plan, and the homepage names Selenium and Puppeteer. Neither free plan includes API access.
Who each fits
Multilogin fits people who need Android cloud phones alongside browser profiles, want to choose local or cloud storage per profile, have a large team that benefits from unlimited seats on Business, or want proxy traffic bundled in.
GoLogin fits people who want to open profiles from any device, including phones and a cloud browser, who are comfortable with profiles stored in GoLogin's cloud, who use an Intel Mac (GoLogin supports Intel Macs; Multilogin's requirements list M1 to M4 Macs), or who need only 10 profiles at a low monthly price.
Where Multime fits
Multime is our product, so read this part with that in mind. It sits at the opposite end from GoLogin on storage: Multime doesn't run a cloud for profiles at all. Profiles, cookies and saved logins stay in a local database on your computer, with secrets encrypted, including on the free plan.
Team access runs from the owner's computer, which hosts the workspace that VAs reach over the local network or a private network such as Tailscale. Solo is $19 a month for 100 profiles, Team is $49 for 300 profiles and 5 VA seats, and Agency is $129 for 1,000 profiles and 20 VA seats. Multime runs on Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 13 or later and on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. It has no Linux version, no Intel Mac support, no cloud browser and no Android or iOS profiles.
