Refund Policy

Try Multime on the Free plan before you buy. If a paid plan doesn't work out, here is how refunds and cancellations work.

Draft: some company details on this page haven't been filled in yet.

Try before you buy

The Free plan includes 5 profiles with the full fingerprint, proxy, cookie and saved-login tools, with no time limit and no card. Please use it to check that Multime works with your computer, your proxies and the sites you use before you pay.

Refund window

You can ask for a full refund within [refund days] days of your first payment for a plan. Write to support@multime.app from the email address of your Multime account. When we refund a payment, the paid plan for that payment ends and your account goes back to the Free plan.

Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. To avoid a renewal you don't want, cancel before the end of your billing period.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the billing portal. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then returns to the Free plan limits. Your profiles stay on your computer.

Changing plans instead

If the plan you bought is too big or too small, you don't need a refund: switch plans in the billing portal. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

When we don't give refunds

We don't refund licenses that were suspended or ended for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

How long a refund takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
