Use the form on this page or email us at support@multime.app. Please include:
- your license key if you have a paid plan (it starts with MLT-),
- your operating system and Multime version (Settings → About),
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
For billing changes such as switching plans, updating your card or downloading invoices, you can do it yourself from your account page.
Sales and custom licenses
If you need more than 1,000 profiles or 20 VA seats, more computers on one license, or invoicing for your company, tell us the numbers in your message and we'll prepare a custom license.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in the getting started guide, on the pricing page and in the download instructions. Problems with a proxy are often easier to see with our free proxy checker opened inside the profile.

We don't help with requests that break our acceptable use policy, such as getting around a platform's ban or creating fake accounts.
