What Multime is for
Agencies managing client accounts, businesses with several shops or brands, teams that delegate work to VAs, QA and testing, research, and people who want to keep their online identities separate for privacy. You must follow the law and the terms of the websites and platforms you use.
What is not allowed
You may not use Multime, or let anyone in your team use it, to:
- commit or help commit fraud, including payment fraud, carding, chargeback fraud, promotion or bonus abuse, and fake reviews;
- create, buy, sell or operate fake, impersonating or stolen accounts, or take over accounts that aren't yours;
- get around a ban, suspension, restriction or limit a platform has placed on you or someone else;
- send spam or run inauthentic engagement, such as fake likes, follows or votes;
- access systems or data without permission, including credential stuffing, brute force attacks and bypassing security controls;
- collect personal data unlawfully, or scrape websites in ways that break the law;
- spread malware, phishing pages or other harmful software;
- harass, threaten or stalk people, or share illegal content, including any content that sexualizes minors;
- break export controls or sanctions laws.
Your team
You are responsible for the VAs and team members you invite. Give access only to people who will follow this policy, and remove access when they no longer need it.
Enforcement
If we learn that a license is used in breach of this policy, we may suspend or end it without refund, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires. Multime keeps your profiles on your computer and we don't monitor what you do in them; we act on reports and evidence.
Reporting misuse
Report misuse to support@multime.app with as much detail as you can share.
