Privacy Policy

Multime is built so your browser profiles never reach our servers. This policy explains the small amount of data we do process, why, and your choices.

Draft: some company details on this page haven't been filled in yet.

Who is responsible

Anom LLC, [company address], is responsible for the data described here. Contact us about privacy at support@multime.app.

Data that stays on your computer

Your profiles, cookies, browsing data, saved logins, 2FA secrets, proxies, automation flows and team data are stored on your own computers. They are not sent to us. When you work with VAs, profile data travels between your computer and your VAs' computers over an encrypted connection, without passing through our servers.

Data we process

  • Your account. To use Multime you create an account with your email address and a password. Your password never reaches us: your browser or the Multime app turns it into a derived key first, and we store only a salted hash of that key. We store your email address, your plan, the date you signed up and last signed in, the country your sign-up came from (from Cloudflare's request data), whether you confirmed your email, and whether you agreed to product news. A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in to the website for up to 30 days.
  • Product news. We send product news and tips only if you ticked the box when you signed up. Every such email has a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us at support@multime.app.
  • Purchases. When you buy a plan, Stripe processes your payment. We receive and store your email address, name if given, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the plan, and payment status and amounts. We never see your full card number.
  • Sign-ins and license checks. When you sign in to Multime or it checks your plan, it sends your email and derived password key (at sign-in) or your license key, a random identifier generated for that computer, the computer's name, the operating system and the Multime version. We store these to enforce the number of computers on your plan and to help with support.
  • License emails. If enabled, we send your license key by email through our email provider.
  • Contact messages. When you write to us, we store your name, email address and message.
  • Website requests. Our website runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, it receives your IP address and browser information with each request. Our free tools read your IP address and its approximate location to show them to you; we don't store them. Cloudflare may keep short-term logs for security and reliability.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't sell personal data.

Why we process it

We process account, purchase and license data to provide the service (including the Free plan) and to meet tax and accounting duties; account emails to send service messages such as password resets and, with your consent, product news; contact messages to answer you; and website request data to run and protect the website.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and, when enabled, an email provider to send license emails. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep data

Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete yours; we may delete Free accounts that haven't signed in for 24 months. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. License activation records are kept while the license exists and for up to 12 months after it ends. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or limit some processing. Write to support@multime.app and we'll respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We'll update the date on this page when this policy changes and tell paying customers about material changes.
