Who we are
Multime is provided by Anom LLC ("we", "us"), [company address]. You can contact us at support@multime.app. "You" means the person or company using Multime. If you use Multime for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Your license to use Multime
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Multime app for the plan you have, within its limits on profiles, VA seats and computers. The Free plan is free to use within its limits. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or share license keys, remove license checks, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it. The browser engines Multime downloads are open-source software under their own licenses.
Accounts, VAs and your responsibilities
You are responsible for everything done with your license and in your team workspace, including the actions of the VAs you invite. You must give a valid email address when you create your account, and only one person may use an account. Keep your account password, license key, workspace passwords and computers secure. You must follow our acceptable use policy and the terms of every website and platform you use through Multime. Multime is a tool for keeping accounts separate and organized; it does not give you permission to break any platform's rules.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and your license keeps working for a short grace period; if payment still fails, the license returns to the Free plan limits. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Taxes are added where they apply.
Your data
Your profiles, cookies, saved logins and settings are stored on your own computers, not on our servers. You are responsible for backing them up. Our privacy policy explains the limited data we do process, such as billing details and license activations.
Updates and availability
We may update the app and the website, add or change features, and stop supporting old versions. We try to keep the license server available, and the app keeps working offline for a period after its last successful license check, but we don't promise uninterrupted service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your license, without refund, if you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, or if we are required to by law. You can stop using Multime at any time. Sections about liability, disclaimers and governing law continue to apply after termination.
Disclaimer
Multime is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that any website or platform will treat your accounts in a particular way, and we are not responsible for actions platforms take on your accounts.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or account restrictions. Our total liability for any claim relating to Multime is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Montana have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell paying customers by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Multime after a change means you accept the updated terms.
